Roy Hill has extensive experience in the securities industry in Canada. He worked at Wood Gundy from 1957 to 1979. From 1959 until 1978 he held the position of Manager of the Equity Trading Department. In 1978 Mr. Hill established a Wood Gundy Branch Sales Office in Markham, Ontario. Then from 1979 to 1980, he was an Account Executive for A.E. Ames. Subsequently Mr. Hill worked as a Floor Trader, CATS Trader and Account Executive for Merit Investment from 1980 to 1985. In 1985 he began working for the Toronto Stock Exchange as Assistant Manager, Market Surveillance Department until 1991. He was then appointed as the Manager of the Canadian Dealing Network Inc. (CDN), until his retirement in March 1999.

Mr. Hill is a tenor banjo player and Past President, Fretted Instrument Guild of America (FIGA).
